Mrs. Ashley Newman - Kindergarten
Hello! I am Ashley Newman and I teach Kindergarten at Lakeview Elementary.
I am so excited to be your child’s Kindergarten teacher this year! I grew up in Plano, TX and graduated from Plano West. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of North Texas in 2007. This will be my 14th year teaching young learners. In my years between Frisco and Little Elm, I have taught 4 years in PreK, 3 years in first grade, and this will be my 7th year teaching Kinder!
I have been married to my husband, Zack, for 14 years and together we have two daughters. Lilah, my oldest, will be in 7th grade at Strike Middle School. She is in band and is a competitive gymnast. My baby, Lola, will be in 5th grade at WOGA school in Frisco where she trains as a competitive gymnast.
