Welcome to First Grade 2022 -2023!

My name is Lindaura Bernal.  I have been working with LEISD since 2008, with a total of 14 years in education. I have previously taught Math and Language Arts for Second Grade Dual Language at Oak Point Elementary.  This will be my sixth year teaching Spanish Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies for First Grade Dual Language. 

I am from Colombia but I have been living in Texas for around 22 years.  My hobbies include traveling, reading, and, of course, spending quality time with my family.

My Mission: “To inspire, lead, and enhance my students' knowledge and their lives through example, mutual respect, dignity, and principles of integrity.”

Mi nombre es Lindaura Bernal. He estado trabajando con el Distrito de Little Elm desde el 2008, para un total de 14 años en educación.  Previamente, he enseñado Matemáticas y Artes del Lenguaje para Lenguaje Dual - Segundo Grado en Oak Point.  Este será mi sexto año enseñando Artes del Lenguaje en Español, Ciencias y Estudios Sociales para Lenguaje Dual de Primer Grado. 

Soy de Colombia, pero he vivido en Texas por cerca de 22 años. Mis pasatiempos favoritos son viajar, leer y por supuesto pasar un tiempo agradable con mi familia.
