Welcome to Mrs. Rosa's Physics classroom
I am so excited to be back for my 13th year at Little Elm High School! This is my 21st year in education. I spent my first seven years of experience teaching undergraduate physics courses at El Salvador University (FMO Physics department).
Teaching Physics is my ABSOLUTE passion! Every year I enjoy seeing my students learn the concepts of physics using real life examples and guiding them to discover that physics is not difficult if they connect it with real world applications (link time travel teaching physics in action).
I continually strive to "Raise the Bar" by challenging students' critical thinking skills and aim at deepening their levels of content mastery and understanding; cultivating an environment that gives them opportunities to create and innovate with newly acquired knowledge. My goal is to not only help my students to pass my class, or to pass the advanced placement exams, but also to prepare you to be successful in their future college career and/or jobs.
I am always available to my students and their parents for help, conversations, and discussions. I am looking forward to a great year!
