Mrs. Lisa Phillips
Teaching has always been my passion and I look forward to each year with my learners. This will be my 18th year as a middle school teacher and my 16th with Little Elm ISD. I have taught 8th grade science and Project Lead The Way engineering courses during that time.
I grew up in Plano, Texas and attended college at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minored in Geology. I spent two years as Event Coordinator and Docent at River Bend Nature Center and trained as a Texas Master Naturalist. In my free time I create artwork with a science flair and spend time with my family. My hope for each child is that they discover a love of learning and a passion for exploration.
