Mr. Clint Miller

Mr Miller served as an assistant principal at Lakeside Middle School for two years before joining the staff of Little Elm High School as an Associate Principal.  He served the district in that capacity for the past two years.
 
Prior to becoming an administrator, Mr. Miller taught World History and coached at Little Elm High School. Before joining our district, he served for six years as a Government and Economics teacher at Joshua High School in Joshua ISD. He has also worked in Leander ISD, Killeen ISD and College Station ISD, but began his teaching career in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana.
 
Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from McNeese State University and a Master’s of Education degree from Lamar University. He and his wife, Liz Miller, live in Little Elm where they are raising their children.

Ruben Molinar

My name is Ruben Molinar and this is my second year at LEHS. I have worked in education for over 19 years. During those nineteen years, I have been fortunate to work as a bilingual teacher, Director of Bilingual Programs, Elementary Principal, and a Middle School Principal. I'm excited to continue my learning as the Associate Principal of Little Elm High School. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and received my Master's Degree from Texas Woman's University. I am married to my wonderful wife, Lisa, and I am enjoying watching my two children grow at Little Elm High School.

Kyle Heller

Mr. Heller has been in education for 23 years. He began his career as a math teacher, in addition to coaching baseball and football, at Abilene Wylie High School. After eight years of teaching math and coaching teams at Coppell, Colleyville, and Bishop Dunn, Heller elected to place his focus on instruction. He taught Algebra I at North Garland High School for 12 years, becoming their lead Algebra teacher after six years, and helped lead the team to the top of the district with their Algebra EOC scores.

"We are very excited to have Kyle join our admin team this year," said Christopher Reza, associate principal for Little Elm High School. "He brings energy and experience in implementing initiatives with proven results.  We are looking forward to working along side Mr. Heller and growing together as a admin team to guide Little Elm High School to be even more successful than we were last year!"

Terilyn Monday

Ms. Terilyn Monday will join the team to lead Little Elm High School as an assistant principal. She joined the leadership staff in 2012 year as an administrative intern, and experienced great success as the coordinator of the campus’ Evening Academy and as the Credit Recovery Facilitator.
 
Ms. Monday joined the faculty of Little Elm High School in 2007, having served in the math department in a variety of positions including as its chair. Ms. Monday  also has three years of teaching experience at the college level.
 
She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas and a Master’s of Arts degree in Adult and Developmental Education from Texas State University.
