Gerald Muhammad, pHCLE

Mr. Gerald Muhammad serves the students of Little Elm High School (LEHS) as their Assistant Principal. Immediately before joining the LEHS team he served as the Assistant Director for Human Resources and Student Services. Prior to joining the District in 2011, Mr. Muhammad obtained a wealth of educational experiences as he has worked at the elementary, middle and high school levels in various administrator and teaching positions in the following districts: Dallas ISD, Irving ISD, Grand Prairie ISD and Eagle Academy in Fort Worth. Some of his administrator experiences are as Assistant/Vice-Principal, Principal, and Special Education Director. His classroom teaching experiences consists of the following: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th science, special education inclusion and resource, and U.S. History. 

Mr. Muhammad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Paul Quinn College and a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University in Commerce. He is currently working on his Doctor of Philosophy degree at the University of North Texas. He has the following certifications: Superintendent, Principal, Special Education, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Professional Human Capital Leaders in Education (pHCLE).

Ruben Molinar

My name is Ruben Molinar and this is my second year at LEHS. I have worked in education for over 19 years. During those nineteen years, I have been fortunate to work as a bilingual teacher, Director of Bilingual Programs, Elementary Principal, and a Middle School Principal. I'm excited to continue my learning as the Associate Principal of Little Elm High School. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and received my Master's Degree from Texas Woman's University. I am married to my wonderful wife, Lisa, and I am enjoying watching my two children grow at Little Elm High School.

Kyle Heller

Mr. Heller has been in education for 23 years. He began his career as a math teacher, in addition to coaching baseball and football, at Abilene Wylie High School. After eight years of teaching math and coaching teams at Coppell, Colleyville, and Bishop Dunn, Heller elected to place his focus on instruction. He taught Algebra I at North Garland High School for 12 years, becoming their lead Algebra teacher after six years, and helped lead the team to the top of the district with their Algebra EOC scores.

"We are very excited to have Kyle join our admin team this year," said Christopher Reza, associate principal for Little Elm High School. "He brings energy and experience in implementing initiatives with proven results.  We are looking forward to working along side Mr. Heller and growing together as a admin team to guide Little Elm High School to be even more successful than we were last year!"

Terilyn Monday

Mrs. Terilyn Thomas-Monday is entering her sixth year as an assistant principal at Little Elm High School . She joined the leadership staff in 2012 as an administrative intern and experienced great success as the coordinator of the campus’ Evening Academy and as the Credit Recovery Facilitator.
 
Ms. Thomas-Monday joined the faculty of Little Elm High School in 2007, serving in the math department in a variety of positions including as its chair. Ms. Thomas-Monday also has three years of teaching and administrative experience at the college level.
 
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas in Austin and a Master of Arts degree in Adult and Developmental Education from Texas State University in San Marcos.
