• The Little Elm ISD Library program provides students with a collection of online and paper resources that encourage students to read, research, and learn.  Students are taught critical research skills through classroom and library instruction, using resources such as online databases as trustworthy sources of information.

Britannica Online School Edition
Britannica Online School Edition includes encyclopedia articles, images, and videos arranged in elementary, middle, and high school leveled online encyclopedias, as well as Britannica Escolar and Moderna.
EBSCO
EBSCO provides 6 different collections of downloadable eBooks that can also be read online. Includes LearningExpress which offers comprehensive academic and career-related resources for college, career, and military preparedness.
Gale/Cengage Learning
Gale/Cengage Learning: Articles from magazines, newspapers, academic journals, and reference books, as well as videos, images, and audio files in resources targeting elementary, middle, and high school. Full-text nonfiction eBooks and magazines for K-8; reference eBooks for secondary.
ProQuest SIRS
SIRS Discoverer informs K-8 students with vetted, age-appropriate articles, books, maps, multimedia, images and issues that align to core subjects.

TeachingBooks.net is a K–12 resource connecting cross curricular literacy materials to the titles used in classrooms and libraries, including resources to support EL students and STEAM instruction.

PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next
PebbleGo is an online database for Pre-K through 2nd grade students, using simple navigation and key reading supports such as read-along audio and word-by-word highlighting. PebbleGo Next is an extension of PebbleGo for 3rd through 5th grade students. Students can choose from five modules: States, Science, American History, Biography, and Social Studies
TumbleBooks
Animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBook Library takes existing picture books, adding animation, sound, music and narration to produce an electronic picture book. Students can read story books on their own, or have them read to them, read along with the story, non-fiction, videos, language learning, have your own playlists, and puzzles and games. All of content is streamed, not downloaded.
