    Welcome to Dual Language ♥KINDERGARTEN♥!!

    Hello, my name is Alma Davó and I am happy and excited to be your child's Dual Language teacher this school year 2022-2023 here at Brent Elementary! 

    I was born in Brownsville, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. I have been teaching Bilingual Education, PreK- 2nd grade for the past 28 years, 27 of those in Madrid, Spain. My husband, Antonio, and I are blessed with our wonderful 18-year-old son, Fernando. I love being part of the LEISD FamiLE!♥

    I believe that ALL children can succeed. I want to inspire and motivate my students by making learning fun, creating a classroom of lifelong learners with a positive, supportive, caring, and safe learning atmosphere. I plan to build positive relationships with my students and their families as we partner together in your child's education, helping them to become the best they can be. I know we are going to have a wonderful and terrific school year with lots of positive learning experiences. I can't wait to meet you all! :)
