Welcome Lobos!

I'm so excited to start the school year.  My name is Mr. Thompson and I'll be teaching Investigating Careers and Technology Applications.

My career began with military service in the US Army as a Combat Engineer.  After the Army I had the opportunity to work as an apprentice in a video production house in Dallas where I learned how to edit videos, staff and crew large live events such as fashion shows, musical performances, and business presentations.  After 10 years as a video producer I started my own company that specialized in interactive web app development for small to medium sized businesses and websites for local entrepreneurs.

In 2021, 27 years after graduating high school, I earned an Bachelor''s of Science from the University of North Texas.  My Integrative Studies degree focuses on History, Learning Technologies in Education, and Education.

Since 2008 my wife and I have lived in Savannah Texas, just north of Little Elm, with our two children.
