Welcome 6th graders!!

I am Mrs. Carpenter and will be teaching 6th grade science and 6th grade G.A.M.E. I am excited about the start of a new school year and I can't wait to meet all of you. This is the beginning of my 17th year in education and my 7th year here in Little Elm.  

5 Things About Me!

1. I am a lifelong Texan.  I was born and raised in El Paso, Tx. and moved to the Dallas area in 1999.
2. I have 2 wonderful daughters.  Chloe - 15, a Sophomore at Little Elm High School and Sophie - 10, a 5th grader at Hackberry Elementary - GO TEAM AMISTAD.
3. I love animals.  I have 2 dogs (Jake and Axel), 1 rather large cat (Panda) and a Ball Python (Mario).
4. I love to puzzle.  I put puzzles together all the time.  Puzzling allows me to relax and clear my mind while still being able to engage with those around me, more so than playing on my phone or watching TV (2 other things I like to do)
5. I am a Dallas Cowboys FAN.  Always excited when school starts because it means football season is upon us. GO COWBOYS!!!!!
