Hello!

I am a proud LOBO! I have been at Little Elm High School my whole teaching career! I have taught World History, Government, Psychology, and Sociology.  I currently teach AP Human Geography and AP United States History, as well as facilitate Evening Academy. I have been a coach for cross-country and track, as well as coaching Academic Deccathlon. 

I graduated from Arizona State University with a Master's in Education in December of 2013 and my undergrad degree is from California State University of Northridge majoring in Religious Studies with a minor in History. 

I was born and raised in California. I have also lived in Arizona, where most of my family resides. I enjoy running, hiking, kickboxing, boating, traveling, reading, and going to the movies. I have two kids; my son is in the Navy and my daughter is in 11th grade. I enjoyed my high school years and hope my students do as well. 

My goal is to empower my students, make a difference, and build strong relationships. I want my students to know that I show up for them everyday and in every way; so I expect my students to show up everyday prepared, ready to work. I am BIG on school spirit and getting involved. 

Fun Facts: I love Unsweet Iced Tea (I know, unheard of in TX), my dog's name is Neo (yes, he is the ONE...Matrix movie), I am a night owl. I have NEVER seen a scary movie. I like salty foods over sweets and candy. I say "guys" not "y'all" and my heritage is Polish.
