Welcome to another exciting school year at Lakeside Middle School. I am entering my 3rd year at Lakeside and honestly could not be more euphoric for this school year. My name is Alexander Zhu, and I will be teaching 8th grade Math, Algebra I and Geometry. I have a passion for working with young people in reaching their full potential. To see our kids develop into model citizens is what makes me love teaching and mentoring your child. A little bit about myself, I am a graduate from THE University of Texas at Austin. Hook'em!! I am an avid world traveler, and am constantly racking up frequent flyer miles during my summer breaks to places around the world. I have a Jack Russell Terrier named Wishbone that I adore very much. I seriously can't wait for the voyage we will take together, and am looking forward to a great year. Go Lobos!!
