I am proud to be the first principal of Strike Middle School in Little Elm ISD!  I am looking forward to collaborating with the amazing staff to create a school of which Dr. Lowell Strike will be proud! 

I am definitely a life-long learner, and appreciate that the world is changing; we need to change with it.  We need to educate students for a world none of us know, so teaching students to think and to work well with others is our number one job. I seek to continue to learn and be an educator for all of our kids! 

My background: I have served as the co-principal of Lakeside Middle School during 2019-2020, then was the principal of Young Junior High School in Arlington ISD for  seven years.  Prior to becoming a principal, I served as an assistant principal at Martin High School in Arlington ISD and at Icenhower Intermediate School in Mansfield ISD.  I taught Social Studies in Mansfield ISD for years.
