Theatre Instructor 6th - 8th Grade

JOSHUA DAVIS BYARD has worked in theatre for over a decade. His works include acting, directing and technical design. He studied theatre at the University of North Texas where he majored in Theatre Education. He lives in Lewisville with his wife Jauscelyn and their two cats Jeep and Audi. He is a self-proclaimed huge nerd all around and enjoys all aspects of "geek culture".  

Josh describes his mission as a teacher as being an encourager and nurturer. He believes in teaching students the skills they need to be successful and productive in all aspects of their lives. Through the use of theatre he hopes to teach his students about being passionate, accountable and driven, empowering them to take an active hand in their own learning.
