Hello, Hackberry famiLE!  My name is Eri Goldstein, your music teacher.  This is my third year at HBE and I am beyond excited about starting a new year!  I can't wait to meet every one of you and get to know you!

I have a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance and Music Theory, and a Master of Music Education degree from the University of North Texas.  I have completed Orff Schulwerk Level 1, Kodaly Level 1, and Dalcloze Eurhythmics.

I have taught elementary music, piano lessons, voice lessons, and preK.

I grew up in Japan, started playing piano at the age of 3, moved here for college, and have lived here for 20+ years.  I am married and have two children (a girl and a boy).  My daughter loves birds, and my son loves hamsters.  I love colorful things, but my favorite colors are pink and teal.  My favorite sweets are anything with chocolate! 

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.
