I am thrilled to have made Little Elm HS my new home. I am coming to the classroom straight from the Culinary Industry, where I taught culinary classes for 13 years, worked as a Personal Chef and owned a small business. I attended Culinary School at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Shannagary, Ireland and staged at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California. Ever passionate about quality sourced ingredients and fine dining, I find myself bursting with enthusiasm for instilling the love of food into young minds. As the famed British author Virginia Woolf once said, "One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.". I am highly motivated to positively infuence people to eat better, one ingredient at a time.
I live in Dallas, Texas with my husband, visited frequently (especially at meal times) by our four adult children, friends and their families.
