Hi Prestwick Families! I am so excited to be teaching your kiddos P.E. this year! I was born and raised in Texas, attended UNT where I gained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Elementary Education, then moved to Florida where I taught for the past 15 years. We moved back to be closer to family and I am glad to finally be back HOME in Texas!!! I have been a classroom teacher, an elementary technology teacher, and most recently a Physical Education teacher. My goal is to teach kids ways to ENJOY physical activity and integrate what they learn into everyday life. In addition to Prestwick, I will also be coaching girls athletics at Strike Middle School. At home I live with my husband, our two little girls ages 2 and 4, and our family dog, Duke. In my spare time you'll find me with my family outside either on a trail, near the water, or at a sports game of some sort. I also love to craft, eat sushi, and stroll cute little downtown-type shops. I am looking forward to a fun year!
