Hi! My name is Grayson Smith and I am teaching Algebra 1 for the first quarter of the year and Statistics for quaters 2, 3, and 4. This is my second year teaching, I taught statistics and Honors Geometry last year at LEHS. I actually went to Little Elm ISD from 3^rd to 12^th grade and graduated in 2014, I then went to the University of North Texas on an academic scholarship and graduated with my degree in Economics in 2018. My mom has worked in LEISD as an elementary school teacher, ESL teacher, and middle school and now high school counselor for the last 15 years and my older sister Chandler Smith teaches English II and creative writing at LEHS and is going into her 3rd year as a teacher. In my free time I love the outdoors, I’ve been a semi competitive rock climber for the last 4 years and I also enjoy hiking and kayaking. I am very excited for this school year and ready to meet the unique challenges it will have to offer.
