Prep the Pack

  • Prep the Pack is only for our rising students entering PreK, Kindergarten, 6th, and 9th grades. We are ready to introduce your Lobo to their new school at our Prep the Pack event! On Tuesday, August 17, parents have the opportunity to drop off their students at their school and be guided by campus staff to get them ready for their day.

Pre-K and Kindergarten

  • 8:05 a.m.-10:05 a.m.

Parents will drop off their child at their new campus. Students will become familiar with the building. They will practice daily procedures such as getting off and on a school bus and lining up for lunch and snack time (snacks will be provided). Each child will receive a Lobo T-shirt before leaving.

*This is a student only event. Bus transportation will not be available for Pre-K and Kindergarten students. Parents must provide transportation to and from their child’s campus and will need to pick up their child in the designated pick-up area.

6th Grade

  • 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

Incoming 6th-grade students will receive class schedules, find their classes, and learn how to navigate around their new campus. Students will meet their teachers and learn more about daily procedures. Each child will receive Lobo merchandise to help them feel part of their new pack.

*This is a student only event. Bus transportation will be available for middle school students. Each campus will send out more information on bus stop locations.

9th Grade

  • 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Incoming 9th graders will have a jam-packed day at Little Elm High School. Students will start their day with a pep-rally and end their day with a hot dog cookout on the patio. Each student will receive and walk through their class schedule, and meet their teachers. Students will be provided with a school ID, chromebook, and the 2025 class T-shirt.

The 9th grade Prep the Pack is a student only event, however, there will be an optional meeting for parents at noon in the auditorium.

*Bus transportation will be available for high school students. Each campus will send out more information on bus stops locations.
