Hello, Hackberry famiLE! My name is Mrs. Sarah Shoemaker, and I am thrilled to be teaching second grade this year at Hackberry. This is my first year at Hackberry and I will be going into my 12 th year in education. I graduated from Texas Woman’s University majoring in education. I absolutely love watching children grow up to be life-long learners.

I live in Hickory Creek with my husband, Adam of 8 years. Together we have two amazing children; Reid is 7 and Harper 3! When I am not in the classroom, I love spending time with the family, snuggling with my fur babies (Ripley and Myla), watching T.V., coffee, and vacationing. I am passionate about what I do, and cannot wait to meet your learner, we are going to have a great year. Go Lobos!
