Hello!

My name is Hannah Alter. I am so excited be a teacher at Prestwick and will be thrilled to be your child’s kindergarten teacher this year! It will be a fun year full of learning and new adventures, and I can’t wait for our journey to begin!

I am from Waxahachie,TX . I have my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M Commerce and recieved my Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. This will be my 9th year in education. I have been married to my husband for little over three years and we have one fur baby Hazel. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, decorating, organizing, being outdoors, playing with my fur baby, photography and baking. 

I can’t wait to embark on this exciting kindergarten journey with you as we watch your child grow in every way possible. I believe children learn best when they feel loved and supported. Therefore, by establishing meaningful relationships, my goal is to instill a love for learning in each student who walks through my door! I am very passionate about education and feel extremely fortunate that I will be spending my days with your sweet children! I am so excited to get to know you and your child!
