Hi! I'm Jackie Below (Bee-low), I am a transplant from Houston, Texas to Dallas. I've been in the elementary education field since 2008. I enjoy what I do! I hold a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Early Childhood Education from University of Houston-Downtown and a Masters in Educational Administration from Walden University. I'm currently working on my doctorate in Curriculum, Instrtuction, and Assessment as well with Lamar University.

I love fine arts and participate in several service organizations including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., OES, NCNW, and TLOD because service is what I do! I enjoy giving and learning in all aspects of life and it brings me great joy to share what I know with others. I believe that every child can and will learn if given the right tools and support. I also believe that every teacher has those tools and are master builders of knowledge pathways.

I enjoy Math and Science and have a passion for teaching and building efficacy in both teachers and students alike. Reading and writing are my favorite things to do in my downtime. I married my "forever date" Lawrence Below in June and we have 5 children, three of which are in Little Elm schools. I am pleased to be a part of the Prestwick Family and overjoyed to be a part of LEISD.
