My name is Ronni Hardin. I am excited about joining the CTE Department for the 2022-2023 school year. I will be teaching the Education and Training pathway to students interested in exploring a career in education. 

I am a proud alumna of Texas Tech University and hold a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and a Master of Education. This will be my 19th year in education and my first year teaching high school.  I am coming back to Little Elm ISD after a 3-year adventure in another district and I am glad to be coming home to the FamiLE.  I taught elementary in LE for 13 years and I am looking forward to recognizing the faces of many former students in the hallways of Little Elm High School.  

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my 11-year-old twins (Brayden & Riley) and two dogs (Benji and Charlie).  We love to travel, explore the outdoors and find new things to experience.  I love attending school events and maintaining a connection to the Lobo community.
