Hello,

My name is Darius Mitchell. I am elated to join the Strike family. I'm entering my 3rd year of teaching and 2nd year of coaching. I started as an instructional aide at Texans Can academy Dallas-north, then started my coaching career at Maus Middle School in Frisco, teaching P.E. and Strength & Conditioning, and coached football, basketball, track&field.

I grew up in The Colony Tx, played football for The Colony High School. After graduating, I then went on to play division 1 college football at Texas Southern University. Graduated with a B.S. Sport Management/Minor Kinesiology. 

I look forward to working with this amazing staff and our amazing students.Teaching and coaching is my calling, and I genuinely love helping develop my youth, and give back!
