Ray Borden

New to the District is Ray Borden who will serve as Principal at Little Elm High School. Borden previously served as principal at Seguin High School in Arlington ISD. Some of his key strengths include instructional leadership, culture and climate development, curriculum and instruction, and building leadership capacity. Borden was awarded Secondary Principal of the Year in 2019-2020 at Arlington ISD. He has been in public education since 2008 and transitioned to campus administration in 2012.   

“Mr. Borden has a proven track record in his previous district of increasing student academic achievement in advanced academics and literacy. His positive leadership style will be extremely valuable as he builds on the culture and climate of Little Elm High School. We are excited to welcome Mr. Borden to the District,” said Gallagher.
