About Me
Hello everyone! My name is April Styer and I am the PreAP Algebra 1 & PreAlgebra teacher here at Prestwick Stem Academy. I have been teaching mathematics since 2009 and I am thrilled to work here at this wonderful school with such a great philosophy! I am excited to work with you and get to know each and every one of you better.
My Education
I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I also have my Master's Degree from Grand Canyon University in Education administration.
My Interests/Hobbies
When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy hanging out with my family, especially my husband Tony and two sweet daughters Gabriella and Margaret. I love Disney, taking pictures and I also enjoy cooking and doing arts and crafts!
