  • Little Elm ISD provides a full continuum of services to meet the needs of eligible students. Our focus is for students to receive general education instruction with non-disabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate. Record Destruction Schedule Set By State Regulations

  • Consistent with the notification requirements set forth in federal and state regulations regarding the destruction of confidential records, Special Education records for students withdrawn, dismissed or graduated on or before June 2016 will be destroyed on June 29, 2023 (34 CFR 300.624).
