My name is Donald Hatcher and I am the Assistant Head Football Coach and Co-Defensive Coordinator. This is my 12th year coaching/teaching and my first year in LEISD. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2004 from where I began coaching in Somerville, TX. The next three years I coached football, wrestling, and baseball at Austin LBJ.  In 2008, I moved to Desoto, where I coached football and girls track for seven years. 

I have been married to my wife Jamie for ten years and we have two sons. In my spare time I like to play golf, watch movies, go to sporting events, and spend time with family and friends.
