Director of Talent Acquisition

Mary and her husband Eric have lived in Little Elm since 2004. Three of their children graduated from Little Elm ISD; their youngest child is a member of the class of 2027. Mary has a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. Mary volunteered in various PTA and booster clubs throughout the last 18 years Mary served on both the 2017 and 2022 Long Range Facilities Planning committees and was a CLASS participant in 2019. Mary lent her time and Talent to various church and community groups.Currently, Mary is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Baker Growth Specialists, where she has worked since 2017.
