LEHS One Act Cast & Crew

Congratulations to LEHS One Act Play Cast and Crew for there portrayal of The Elephant Man. Great job by all with special recognition earned by Carlina Ortiz for Outstanding Technician, and Leonardo Tinoco & Quentin Strange for Outstanding Performances. We are super proud of these Lobos! Brent Goldilocks Chairs

Brent Elementary second grade students had a blast creating a chair that would work for Goldilocks. Students had to come up with a plan and materials list for their chair, then they worked together to build the chair. If their chair didn't hold Goldilocks then they worked together to problem solve and improve their plan. Senior CoServ Scholarship

Congratulations to LEHS senior, Allison Leyer for receiving a $5,000 scholarship from CoServ! Whitney Gohlke and her team held a surprise Zoom call with Allison and her parents and presented her with the check!

 

Strike Outdoor Learning

Zeshan Farooq

At monday night's meeting, the Board of Trustees recognized LEHS Senior Zeshan Farooq for making 4th Chair in Trumpet in the TMEA All-State Jazz Ensemble!

 

CrossRidge Church

The Board of Trustees recognized CrossRidge Church as an outstanding community partner - the members of the church paid the outstanding lunch balance for our Lobo students and we are extremely grateful! 

 

Board Recognition - TWU

At the Board of Trustees meeting on Monday, representatives from Texas Woman's Univeristy announced that the Pioneer Promise Program will increase guaranteed admittance to the top 30% of LEHS graduating seniors.
