Little Elm ISD surprised teachers, nurses, counselors, and librarians this week with a $100 card to spend on supplies for their classrooms! More than 600 cards were distributed to all campuses.
"The Board of Trustees understands the impact our teachers and staff have on our students," said Daniel Gallagher, superintendent. "Our staff deserves all the support we can provide them and I am glad we could do it this way." The $100 card can be used at seven of the following stores:
Emery Nolen, a second-grade teacher at Oak Point Elementary, was excited to receive the cards. "I feel so grateful just because it's a great way to be able to provide more for our students through supplies and other needs for our classrooms for the learning experience," said Nolen.
