LEHS Powerlifters Izzi Fielder and Melissa Ocasio are State Bound!! Senior, Izzi Fielder won her weight class at the regional competition. She qualified for regionals four years in a row and this is her third year to qualify for state! Junior, Melissa Ocasio placed 2nd at the regional competition. This is her third year in a row to qualify for both the regional and state competition!

The Chavez Elementary Destination Imagination team placed second at the regional competition and is headed to the state competition in April.
