Goals

The goals for each staff member are:

• Commitment - Pledge to maintain a consistent work ethic and improve personal health
• Development - Prioritize professional growth and effectively follow through on a daily basis
• Achievement - Accomplish high classroom standards daily with measurable effort
• Excitement - Model positive expectations and interactions to stimulate the learning environment
• Implement - Understand early childhood foundations to implement developmentally appropriate practice

• Social - Experience positive relationships with peers and adults
• Emotional - Accept and express feelings in a positive manner
• Physical - Develop fine and gross motor skills
• Creative - Receive respect for individual expression
• Cognitive - Discover the learning process is meaningful and exciting
