Science

Science, as defined by the National Academy of Science, is the "use of evidence to construct testable explanations and predictions of natural phenomena, as well as the knowledge generated through this process." This vast body of changing and increasing knowledge described by physical, mathematical, and conceptual models. Students will use the foundational skills and knowledge of science they developed in elementary to dive deeper into various areas of science content. Middle school science is interdisciplinary and helps students to make cross-curricular connections. High School science allows students to use scientific process and explores the macro level of each science discipline.
