Danelle Chow

Hello my name is Danelle Chow and I am the district social worker for primary students (pre-k through 5th). I have been working in education for a total of 5 years and have been proudly serving the Little Elm community for almost 3 years. I have a lot of experience with diverse communities and meeting children and families where they are at. I have a very strong passion for the work I do and strive to make an impact on the families and students I work with. I come from a proud military family and am a mother to 3 precious baby girls who are little Lobos. Something unique about me is that I started my work in equine therapy.

Linzy Evans, LMSW, serves as the School Social Worker for Little Elm High School, Strike Middle School, Walker Middle School, and the District Alternative Education Program (DAEP). With over 15 years of experience providing case management, mental health support, and advocacy for students, he has built a reputation for compassion, collaboration, and results. In 2014, he was honored as Social Worker of the Year by Communities In Schools–Heart of Texas, and more recently, he received the Leadership of the Pack award from the Little Elm ISD Human Resource Department for his dedication to student success.

Before joining the Little Elm ISD family, Mr. Evans served as Lead Social Worker for Plano ISD’s Central Zone, where for five years he led initiatives to strengthen community partnerships and provide targeted support for at-risk youth. His expertise lies in bridging the gap between schools, families, and community resources to ensure every student has the tools and support they need to thrive.

Originally trained as a musician, Mr. Evans earned his Commercial Music degree from McLennan Community College in Waco, TX. While he treasures his time as a performer, he soon felt a deeper calling to serve others. This led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Tarleton State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Currently a Licensed Master Social Worker, Mr. Evans has completed all requirements toward his Clinical License and is preparing to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Outside of work, Mr. Evans cherishes time with his wife and their two children, Princeton and Maleah. Whether enjoying family gatherings, connecting with friends, or relaxing near a water park, he values every moment with loved ones. Proud and grateful to serve the “Lobo famiLE,” Mr. Evans approaches his work each day with purpose, heart, and an unwavering commitment to helping students overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
